1. Supplier’s Factory Evaluation
According to a client’s request, FTS will look into the supplier’s production capability, machinery, management and quality procedures, operations and processes. FTS also can give appropriate information of suppliers regarding the client’s requirements, evaluateobjective vendorsandhelp when reviewing contracts.
2. Pre-production Inspection
We can assess the safety and functionality of the products through drawings in which contain material and structure information. Before actual production begins, FTS will check the raw materials, components, accessories and semi-products to prevent any defect. After the samples come out, FTS identifies deviations, if any, and gives advice on how to improve until the design is confirmed to meet the quality requirements.
3. During Production Inspection
During Production, inspection will be given and advice will be provided on the necessary measures to ensure that product of the uniform batch is of good quality and environment friendly. On the other hand, FTS can offer supervision to the manufacturing process to minimize defects.
4. FinalProduct Coincident Inspection
Final product coincident Inspection includes safety, workmanship, function, color, size, product and package combination etc. Upon this service, FTS will ensure the quality of the products is satisfactory to the requirements of the client.
